Terms of service

Service. GetTripOffers books pre-booked private transfers with professional chauffeurs from licensed partner operators. Current coverage: South East Queensland and the Northern Rivers of New South Wales, to and from Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Ballina airports. The operator running your trip is named in your confirmation and is responsible for carrying it out.

Quotes and prices. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are the total you pay for the quoted route, vehicle and pickup time. They are calculated from the driving distance, and include night and weekend rates where they apply. Quotes expire at the time shown.

Booking and payment. A booking is confirmed when payment is received; an unpaid booking is released when its payment link expires. Online bookings need at least 72 hours notice; call us for sooner.

Airport pickups. Your chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign and waits up to 30 minutes after landing (15 minutes at other pickups).

Changes. You can change the time, flight, addresses or contact details with the same notice. If a change lowers the fare, the difference is refunded. If it raises the fare on a paid booking, cancel and rebook or call us.

Cancellation. Free cancellation until 24 hours before pickup; after that the full fare is charged. No-shows are charged the full fare. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Licence limits. We cannot run trips that start and finish inside New South Wales. Pickups in New South Wales are available when the trip ends in Queensland.

Liability. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather or flight changes beyond our control. Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law apply.
