Privacy policy

Who we are. GetTripOffers is a chauffeur transfer booking service. Trips are carried out by licensed partner operators; the operator for your trip is named in your booking confirmation. Contact: support@gettripoffers.com.

What we collect. When you connect an AI agent we store your email, name and mobile number so we can confirm bookings and let the driver contact you. For each booking we store pickup and drop-off addresses, times, flight numbers, passenger and luggage counts, and any notes you give the driver. We also record which AI agent made each request.

Payments. Card and Link payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Who we share it with. The operator running your trip and the chauffeur assigned to it receive your name, mobile number, pickup details and flight number. Service providers process data for us: Google Cloud (Firebase) stores bookings and account data, Google Maps receives pickup and drop-off addresses to calculate the route and fare, Stripe processes payments, and Resend delivers sign-in and booking emails. Nothing is sold or used for advertising.

Where it is stored. Booking and account data is stored with Google Cloud in the United States. Stripe and Resend may also process data outside Australia.

AI agents. Your agent only sees booking data you asked it to retrieve. You can disconnect the agent at any time from its connector settings, which revokes its access token.

Retention. Booking records are kept for 7 years for Australian tax and dispute purposes. Sign-in tokens expire automatically. You can ask us to delete your profile at any time.

Your rights. Email support@gettripoffers.com to access, correct or delete your data. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
